Harmonix Attendance System (HAS)
Following a customer request, we developed a club or group attendance
system, which uses barcodes to quickly record attendance. It runs under the Windows 10 operating
system, and uses a portable bar code scanner. (We recommend using a small hand held
device with internal storage).
The system is currently used in several lottery funded organisations to build up a history of
attendance at clubs, regular meetings (drop-ins) or courses, which can then be used to
create graphs which detail activity over a period of time.
Recording of personal details is optional, and simple generic attendance figures can be captured.
By using bar-codes, recording attendance becomes a much simpler task.
